Wellness Visits
Wellness Visits
All adults should visit their provider once a year, even if they aren’t sick. An annual wellness visit is an important part of preventative health care and staying healthy. Instead of waiting until you fall sick, visiting your provider regularly will help make sure you’re in good health, or catch any health problems in their early stages.
Annual Women’s exam
Your annual women’s exam allows your provider to check that you’re in good health. The exam may include a physical portion and a Q&A part for you to ask any questions you might have. The physical portion includes a urine sample, an external and internal pelvic exam, pap smear and breast exam. The physical portion is at the discretion of the provider and you based on the season of your life.
We also offer a one stop visit at designated times during the month, to find out more about this please go to our Well Women’s Clinic service.
